Position your device so the relevant joints are visible. HeyUp uses Apple’s on-device pose detection to follow your movement and count completed reps. Your camera feed is not recorded, saved, or uploaded.
No gym or weights are required. HeyUp uses bodyweight movements. A sturdy chair is useful for seated squats, and a clear wall gives you an accessible push-up option.
