Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the HeyUp application for iPhone, iPad, and compatible Mac computers, provided by Front Desk Automation Limited. By downloading or using HeyUp, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

General wellness only

HeyUp provides movement reminders and rep-counting tools for general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Exercise safety

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you. Use a safe space, move within your abilities, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or feel unwell. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning exercise if you have a medical condition, injury, or concern.

Subscriptions and purchases

Acceptable use

You must not misuse HeyUp, interfere with its operation, circumvent purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Timers, notifications, camera recognition, and other functions may be affected by device settings, lighting, operating-system behaviour, or other factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

HeyUp, its branding, software, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to Front Desk Automation Limited. Your App Store licence gives you a personal, limited right to use the app.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
