Privacy Policy

Front Desk Automation Limited (“HeyUp”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the HeyUp movement-break application for iPhone, iPad, and compatible Mac computers. This policy explains how the current public version of HeyUp handles information.

In short: the current version does not require an account and does not upload your profile, movement history, camera images or videos to HeyUp servers. Your profile, settings and progress are stored locally on your device.

Information stored on your device

HeyUp stores onboarding choices, timer and notification preferences, movement-break history, rep totals, skips, streaks, and your current timer state locally so the app can work and remember your preferences. This information is removed when you use an available reset control or delete the app, subject to device backups managed by Apple.

Camera and pose detection

With your permission, HeyUp uses your device camera during a movement break to count repetitions. Camera frames are analysed on the device using Apple’s Vision technology. HeyUp does not record, save, or upload camera images or video.

Notifications

If you grant permission, HeyUp schedules local notifications on your device to remind you about movement breaks. HeyUp does not use a remote advertising or marketing notification service in the current version.

Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. HeyUp receives the product and entitlement information required to unlock purchased features, but does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple handles purchase information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Information you choose to send us

If you email support, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use it only to answer your request, diagnose problems, and maintain appropriate support records. Please do not send health information or camera footage.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The current version does not include active third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics services. We do not sell personal data.

Children

HeyUp is a general wellness application and is not directed to children. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor’s use of the app and any exercise activity.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when HeyUp changes. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to mick@heyup.fit. Front Desk Automation Limited, United Kingdom.
